  10. For all SPECIAL BUTTERS; 
  11. Mix all ingredients together till fluffy.  
  12. All make about 1/2 cup.  
  13. Try piping through a rosette tube and refrigerating till needed.

  19. 1/4 tsp ground coriander                           1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
